Best Reviewed Student Reviews Other ReviewedOnline college reviews offer one of the most authentic ways to measure the quality of a higher education institution because they are based on firsthand, lived experiences. We have collected over 90,000 verified reviews over nearly two decades.
Our approach with this list centers around the student perspective. To ensure a strong representation of primarily online schools, our methodology only includes schools with at least 25,000 online students (or where at least 50% of students are enrolled online). These online colleges are sorted by their average student review ratings on a 5-point scale. We feature the top 25 best reviewed online schools followed by an alphabetical list of all remaining online colleges we feature on our site with students reviews.

Student-Recommended Online Schools
The online schools on this list are highly recommended by current students and alumni. Ratings are based on student reviews collected since 2008, totaling thousands of reviews of more than 2,400 schools. Keep in mind that the relatively small sample size of online school reviewers for any given school, as well as personal reviewer biases, can skew a school's rating positively or negatively. However, every review is vetted to ensure authenticity before being published.

Aspen was the perfect university for me - someone who worked full time, with a young one (1-3 years old), and who required the flexibility in both scheduling as well as payment options. My faculty mentor, Dr. Pearce, was AMAZINGLY supportive and one of the reasons why I’ve enjoyed my time at Aspen university so much. Completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing online through Aspen University. Tuition was affordable and could be done in installments. I also got a discount from work. Classes were 8 weeks long with manageable workload and good instructors. Each class was unique and contributed to my learning as a nurse. I thought this would take long, but it ended up being faster than I thought. My academic advisors were very helpful and answered all my questions.

I've only taken a few classes with them, but so far it feels more like a "box check" place for the degree. However, I do like the all online format for the MBA and the price is very reasonable as well for those that are more economically minded. I'll withhold full judgement until after I graduate and hopefully get a job within the business field.
